MBA events

The annual international competition organized by the Entrepreneur Club consists of teams of three to four students who are supposed draw up and present a plan for a new business start-up. Since 2003, SDA Bocconi has been a member of the foundation of European Business Schools that organizes the event. In 2007 the Business Plan Competition was hosted by SDA Bocconi.

The major international MBA Regatta gathering participants from top World Business Schools and prestigious speakers from the business community. Our Sailing Club has also participated in other international regattas such as the Global MBA Trophy and the International Business School Regatta.

The Alumni SDA Bocconi Ski Club successfully organized the 2009 MBA Ski Cup "5th Edition", the coolest European Ski Competition of the year among MBA students of the top business schools. The event saw the participation of students and alumni as well as guests from other prestigious European Business Schools.

The MBA Golf Challenge is a prestigious international competition where MBA students from top European and U.S. business schools meet on the green and compete in a Ryder Cup format. In 2006, the MBA Golf Challenge took place in Italy and the organization was run by the SDA Bocconi Golf Club.

Sports tournament organized in Milan by SDA Bocconi MBAs, hosting students from top European B-Schools (IESE, INSEAD, Judge Business School and London Business School).

Through the years MBA students have organized charity events in collaboration with several organizations: UNICEF, Médecins sans Frontières, Rotaract.

After last year's successful weekend, the SDA Bocconi Marketing Club organized a second event in 2006 for this 2-day complete immersion in the luxury goods sector, including, among other things, a visit to the Benetti Yacht plant in Viareggio and the Luxury Panel hosted at SDA Bocconi.

Last but not least, Università Bocconi's initiatives offer further social and cultural opportunities to MBA students.
